1. Services & Bookings
All services, workshops, and events are subject to availability.
Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received in full (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events if necessary. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

2. Payments & Refunds
Prices are clearly listed on our website or booking platform.
Payment must be made at the time of booking unless a separate agreement is in place.
Refunds and cancellations are handled in line with our Refund Policy.

3. Products & Décor
All handcrafted items are unique and may vary slightly from photographs.
Once delivered, products should be handled with care. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused after delivery.

4. Customer Responsibilities
For workshops and events, it is your responsibility to arrive on time and participate safely.If an event includes children, they must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
Any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements must be communicated in advance.

5. Liability
Mind Blooming Studios provides mindful and creative experiences designed to be safe and supportive.
We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during events, except where required by law.
Participation in physical or creative activities is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, designs, and teachings provided by Mind Blooming Studios remain our intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written consent.

7. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy and only collect personal data necessary to process bookings and improve our services.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
