Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Mind Blooming Studios, we design experiences with care and intention. We want every booking to feel meaningful, so we handle refunds with fairness and transparency.

Workshops & Events

  • Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, as spaces are limited and materials are prepared in advance.

  • If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to another person, or request to reschedule to a future session (subject to availability).

  • For private and corporate bookings, a cancellation made within 14 days of the scheduled date is non-refundable. Earlier cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund (minus preparation costs).

Products & Décor

  • As our items are handcrafted and often made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

  • If your item is damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Refund or Transfer

Please email us at info@mindbloomingstudios.com with your order details. We aim to review and respond to all refund or transfer requests within 5 business days.
